We are the Jomhong family. I'm Atitarn Jomhong (Saint) my wife is Allen Joy and our baby son Isaiah. I (Saint) trusted Christ as my Saviour on March 14, 2012 and in 2013 the Lord called me to be a missionary to my native country, the kingdom of Thailand. Our Pastor is Pastor Kent Jesalva and Bible Baptist Church of Katipunan, Cebu is our sending church.
Our Mission Field My wife and I arrived in Thailand in 2017 and right away we started working with Suvarnabhumi Baptist Church where my father is the pastor. We go soul winning and see people saved every week and many of them came to church for baptisms. It is amazing to see God works in people's lives! During Christmas time we were able to get into some public schools and preach the gospel. Last year we went to 3 public schools and gave the gospel to about 2,500 students and teachers. Many of them raised their hands for salvation and received Christ.
Pastoral Ministry In October of 2018, my father who is a church planter decided it was God's will for me to be the next pastor of Suvarnabhumi Baptist Church that he started. The church called me in and I was ordained as their pastor on October 28 of 2018.
Ministering to the Royal Thai Navy: The past 3 months I had the unique opportunity to minister to the Royal Thai Navy. The Lord allowed me to witness to several sailors and to see 44 of them trusted Christ as Saviour. 4 sailors visited our church and just this past Sunday 1 sailor followed the Lord in baptism.
Since my wife and I came to Thailand we were able to see 2,197 souls saved and 15 baptized. God is doing a great work here for which we give Him glory. Thank you for your prayers for us and if the Lord leads you to partner with us in financial support we would count it a great blessing.
